Update

So I didn't run Day 3 of Week 4 - decided to lay off the knee to see if pain went away. Saturday I went back to the running store and got the insoles that are heated and then molded to your foot. Today (monday) with my insoles, a knee brace, and few pre-running tears, and my best friend to push me I am back running with no knee pain. We are repeating Week 4 so today is like Day 1 of our 2nd time of doing week 4. Couldn't have done it without Alisa, cannot stress how important a running buddy is. I would have stopped numerous times if not for her being there. Glad to be back, its lifted my spirits. Here's to no more injuries, please Lord!

    me-"Shannon got insoles that are heated and then molded to your feet"
    matthew-"What the hell do you need heated insoles for, your feet get hot when you run?!?"
    me-"Uh...pretty sure the heating is for fitting them!"
