And so Week 4 begins.........3 min run, 90 sec walk, 5 min run, 2.5 minute walk, 3 min run, 90 sec walk, 5 min run - HOLY SHIT it was hard. The 3 min was nothing, the 5 minute runs were KILLER. Pretty sure (per aaron) that I have shin splints, which is making things pretty painful but Im icing them at night and pressing on. Tonight my new ailment from running is that my nipples hurt so bad! I think I'm rubbing them (non-erotically) while running so I need either new arm form or some bodyglide or something......
Can't believe we made it through today, it was crazy crazy crazy, can't believe what we are capable of! If it wasn't for Alisa....man, I couldn't be as strong.
Rest tomorrow for sure!
