Week 5 - 5 min run, 3 min walk, 5 min run, 3 min walk, 5 min run
We made it to week 5 and through Day 1! Wasn't so bad at all. I can tell I'm progressing for sure. We are gearing up for a really difficult week, and mentally preparing for the 20 min run on Friday! I got an inhaler this weekend to see if that'd help my wheezing and breathing from here on out. Couldn't tell a major difference today, likely because I'm a little sick, but I will continue to use it in hopes of getting a little respiratory relief. Funny that we ran 5 min legs three times today, when a few weeks ago 90 seconds was the death before us. Like Aaron always says, "You're body can always do more than you think."
